The Executive HR will spearhead large‑scale recruitment initiatives for Digitide Solutions Limited's BPO division, managing end‑to‑end hiring processes for thousands of agents and support staff. This role partners with operations leaders to design, execute, and continuously improve mass hiring campaigns while ensuring compliance and a positive candidate experience. Lead high‑volume talent acquisition for Digitide Solutions' domestic BPO operations, driving bulk hiring strategies and overseeing end‑to‑end recruitment.
