Laboratory Assistant/Phlebotomist

As a Lab Assistant/Phlebotomist at CentraCare, you will support the laboratory team by creating an atmosphere of trust and confidence with patients as you collect blood samples, perform low complexity testing, and culture set ups.

SCHEDULE:

Part time | 56 hours every two weeks
Days | Monday - Friday | 7am-4:30pm
No weekend or holidays

PAY & BENEFITS:

Starting pay begins at $20.08 per hour and increases with experience
- Pay range: $19.53-$29.28 per hour

QUALFICATIONS:

High school diploma or GED or equivalent, required

Join our laboratory team in a hands-on role supporting patient care through specimen collection, processing, and testing. Responsibilities include phlebotomy and other specimen collection procedures, specimen receiving and processing, waived laboratory testing, and ensuring accurate handling of patient samples. Strong attention to detail, excellent customer service, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment are essential. Previous laboratory or phlebotomy experience is preferred; however, we are willing to train motivated candidates and provide on-the-job training for all required job duties and competencies.
