Role Definition

负责无人驾驶产品电气系统原理及电气线束的设计、开发、集成和验证。根据产品及无人驾驶系统需求，制定电气技术方案，确保设计满足功能、安全、可靠性、可制造性和成本目标；协同跨职能团队及供应商解决复杂技术问题，并支持产品从概念开发到量产及现场应用。

Responsible for the design, development, integration, and validation of electrical schematics and wiring harnesses for autonomous wide-body trucks. Develop electrical solutions based on vehicle and autonomous system requirements, ensuring that designs meet functional, safety, reliability, manufacturability, and cost targets. Collaborate with cross-functional teams and suppliers to resolve complex technical issues and support products from concept development through production and field deployment.

Key Responsibilities

• 分析产品、无人驾驶系统及客户应用需求，协助主管工程师制定电气系统技术方案和设计规范。
• Analyze machine, autonomous system, and customer application requirements; assist lead engineer to develop electrical system solutions and design specifications.
• 协助主管工程师设计产品电气原理和架构，包括电源分配、接地与保护、控制回路、传感器与执行器接口及通信网络设计。
• Assist lead engineer to design machine electrical schematics and system architecture, including power distribution, grounding and protection, control circuits, sensor and actuator interfaces, and communication networks.
• 负责电气线束设计，包括线径与器件选型、连接器定义、布线、线束图纸及BOM发布。
• Design electrical harnesses and cables, including wire and component selection, connector definition, routing, harness drawings, and BOM release.
• 开展设计评审、DFMEA及设计验证，确保电气系统满足安全、可靠性、可制造性、可维护性和成本要求。
• Conduct design reviews, DFMEA, and design validation to ensure compliance with safety, reliability, manufacturability, serviceability, and cost requirements.
• 制定并执行台架、产品及现场测试计划，分析测试结果并推动问题闭环。
• Develop and execute bench, machine, and field test plans; analyze test results and drive issue resolution.
• 管理电气设计变更、配置、技术文件及产品生命周期内的持续改进。
• Manage electrical design changes, configuration, technical documentation, and continuous improvement throughout the product lifecycle.
• 与整车团队，各系统团队、采购及供应商团队协作，解决复杂的电气集成和质量问题。
• Collaborate with machine team, subsystem teams, procurement, and supplier teams to resolve complex electrical integration and quality issues.

Education:

工程类本科及以上学历，专业包括：自动化； 车辆工程；电气工程；机械工程；控制工程；机器人。

Bachelor’s degree or above in Engineering, with a major in Automation, Vehicle Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Control Engineering, Robotics, or a related field.

Required Skills:
Analytical Thinking: Knowledge of techniques and tools that promote effective analysis; ability to determine the root cause of organizational problems and create alternative solutions that resolve these problems.

Effective Communications: Understanding of effective communication concepts, tools and techniques; ability to effectively transmit, receive, and accurately interpret ideas, information, and needs through the application of appropriate communication behaviors.

Project Management: Knowledge of effective project management strategies and tactics; ability to plan, organize, monitor, and control projects, ensuring efficient utilization of technical and administrative resources to achieve project objectives.

Design for Manufacturability (DFM): Knowledge of design for manufacturability guidelines, methodologies, and use cases; ability to use this knowledge to optimize product designs and manufacturing operations.

Engineering - MFG: Knowledge of processes, techniques and methods of engineering in a manufacturing environment; ability to design and implement materials, structures, machines, devices, systems and processes that safely realize a desired objective or invention.

Manufacturing Equipment: Knowledge of the electrical, mechanical and logistics equipment used in manufacturing; ability to safely operate, maintain, update and store them.

Product Testing: Knowledge of product testing approaches, techniques and tools; ability to design, plan and execute testing strategies and tactics to ensure product quality at all stages of manufacturing.

Troubleshooting Technical Problems: Knowledge of troubleshooting approaches, tools and techniques; ability to anticipate, detect and resolve technical problems in a manufacturing or product development environment.

Ability to speak and write English fluently
