Job Title: Senior Software Engineer(QA-BA-Insurance-Majesco billing)

Role Summary
We are seeking a Senior Software Engineer – Quality Engineering professional with strong experience in QA and Business Analysis within the insurance domain, specifically with Majesco billing experience. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong ownership, accountability, and the ability to balance multiple priorities effectively. Playwright automation experience is preferred, and experience with AI tools such as Claude and Cursor is required.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute quality engineering activities across the software development lifecycle
- Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to elicit, analyse, and validate requirements
- Translate business requirements into test scenarios, test cases, and acceptance criteria
- Contribute to both QA and BA responsibilities as required
- Perform functional, regression, and integration testing to ensure solution quality
- Partner with cross-functional teams to identify, analyse, and resolve defects
- Manage competing priorities and deliver assigned work within agreed timelines
- Demonstrate accountability and ownership for assigned deliverables
- Support automation initiatives, preferably using Playwright
- Leverage AI tools to improve productivity and quality of work
