Join Cleveland Clinic Weston Hospital’s team of caregivers that remain on the leading edge of technology and education, all while consistently providing patient-centered healthcare. As part of Cleveland Clinic’s Florida region, Weston Hospital is recognized as one of the top hospitals in the Miami-Fort Lauderdale and Florida regions. Here, you will receive endless support and appreciation while building a rewarding career with one of the most respected healthcare organizations in the world.

Caregivers in Weston Hospital’s Operating Room (OR) circulate a wide variety of complex surgical cases across the hospital’s 18-suite Operating Room, including but not limited to organ transplants, orthopedic and neurosurgical procedures. Surgical Technologists play a vital role in ensuring the success and safety of every procedure. Working under the supervision of surgeons and registered nurses, they assist throughout the surgical process, maintaining a sterile field and ensuring the highest standards of patient care. Their responsibilities include checking supplies and equipment, setting up sterile tables, performing counts, draping the sterile field, passing instruments to the surgical team, preparing sterile dressings and cleaning instruments for terminal sterilization. Surgical Technologists are essential members of the perioperative team—surgery would not be possible without their skill, precision and dedication.
