As Global Lead, Innovation Insights & Foresight, you will shape how Coty anticipates the future of Color Cosmetics & Nails, identifying where the next sources of consumer and category growth will come from.
Reporting to the Global Senior Director, Brand & Category Insights, Consumer Beauty, and sitting within the Strategic Business Operations organization, you will connect consumer understanding, cultural and trend intelligence, category foresight and innovation strategy to identify emerging needs and whitespace opportunities.
Working closely with Brand, Innovation, R&D and Strategic Business Operations teams, you will transform signals and insights into clear innovation territories, growth platforms and strategic recommendations, helping Coty make smarter choices today about where to play tomorrow.

In this role, you will help shape Coty’s future innovation agenda and long-term growth pipeline across Color Cosmetics & Nails:
- Lead the global Innovation Insights & Foresight agenda, building a forward-looking perspective on consumers, culture, categories and market evolution.
- Identify emerging trends, unmet consumer needs and whitespace opportunities with the potential to unlock future category growth.
- Translate foresight and consumer insights into innovation territories, growth platforms and actionable strategic opportunities.
- Partner with Brand, Innovation and R&D teams to shape future innovation priorities and support portfolio and pipeline decisions.
- Lead early-stage innovation learning, validating consumer needs, concepts, assumptions and opportunities to strengthen decision-making and reduce risk.
- Evaluate opportunities through a combination of consumer relevance, business potential and strategic fit, providing clear recommendations on where to prioritize investment.
- Build and leverage best-in-class foresight methodologies, trend intelligence platforms and external partnerships to strengthen future-growth capabilities.
- Influence strategic decision-making through compelling storytelling, translating complex signals and insights into clear business implications and recommendations.
- Champion a future-focused, consumer-obsessed culture, connecting teams around emerging opportunities and challenging existing assumptions about where future growth may come from.
YOU ARE A COTY FIT
You are naturally curious, future-focused and commercially minded. You enjoy spotting connections others may not yet see and transforming complexity into clear opportunities for growth.
Comfortable operating in ambiguity, you combine strategic thinking with analytical rigor and know how to influence senior and cross-functional stakeholders through insight rather than authority.
- 6–8+ years of experience in Innovation Insights, Strategic Foresight, Consumer Insights, Market Intelligence, Innovation Strategy or Consumer & Market Insights.
- Experience within Beauty, FMCG, Consumer Goods, Retail or another highly consumer-centric industry.
- Strong expertise in trend forecasting, cultural intelligence, foresight and/or innovation strategy.
- Proven ability to identify emerging consumer and market shifts and translate them into tangible growth opportunities.
- Experience supporting innovation pipelines, from opportunity identification and concept development through early-stage consumer learning.
- Strong understanding of consumer behavior and category dynamics, with the ability to connect multiple signals into a coherent strategic perspective.
- Excellent analytical and strategic thinking, with the ability to turn insights into clear priorities and investment recommendations.
- Strong influencing and storytelling capabilities, able to bring future opportunities to life for diverse stakeholders.
- Proven ability to collaborate across Brand, Innovation, R&D and Commercial teams in an international, matrix environment.
- Experience managing external foresight partners, trend platforms, consultancies or innovation agencies.
