About the Role
We are expanding our End-to-End Recruiting team in Chennai and are looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist with a strong background in recruiting professional roles and exposure to international hiring.
In this role, you will take ownership of recruitment processes from intake to offer, partnering closely with hiring managers across Europe, the United States and APAC. You will independently manage your vacancies, guide stakeholders through the recruitment process and ensure a high-quality experience for both candidates and hiring managers.
You will work in a truly global recruiting environment where you can take ownership, contribute your ideas and help us continuously improve the way we recruit.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full End-to-End Recruitment lifecycle for professional roles, from intake through selection and offer
- Partner closely with hiring managers across Europe, the United States and APAC and provide guidance throughout the recruitment process
- Manage candidate pipelines and applications throughout the recruitment lifecycle
- Conduct structured interviews and candidate assessments
- Coordinate and drive recruitment activities to ensure timely progress across your vacancies
- Manage multiple vacancies and priorities across different regions and time zones
- Ensure a professional and consistent candidate and hiring manager experience
- Provide recruiting insights and perspectives to support hiring decisions
- Contribute to the continuous improvement and standardization of recruiting processes and ways of working
What You Bring
- 2–5 years of experience in End-to-End Recruiting, gained in an in-house, RPO or recruitment agency environment
- Experience recruiting professional roles and managing vacancies independently
- Exposure to international hiring, ideally across Europe, the United States and/or APAC
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Confidence in conducting structured interviews and assessing candidates
- Excellent written and spoken English
- A structured and proactive working style with a high level of ownership
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously
- Ability to work effectively in an international and multi-time-zone environment
