Your Role
We are looking for a proactive and well-organized Talent Acquisition & Recruiting Operations Specialist to support our recruiting team.
In this versatile role, you will coordinate interviews and recruiting activities, support KPI tracking and reporting, and help ensure smooth and efficient recruiting processes. At the same time, you will actively contribute to End-to-End Recruiting and Active Sourcing projects whenever additional support is needed.
We are also looking for someone who enjoys HR Marketing and candidate engagement and wants to bring new ideas to how we attract and engage talent.
Your Key Responsibilities
Interview Coordination & Candidate Experience
- Coordinate interviews and ensure a smooth candidate and hiring manager experience
Recruiting Operations, KPIs & Organization
- Support recruiting KPIs, reporting and overall operational organization
- Keep recruiting activities, processes and documentation structured and up to date
- Identify opportunities to improve processes and ways of working
End-to-End Recruiting & Active Sourcing
- Support End-to-End Recruiting assignments and Active Sourcing projects based on team needs
- Contribute to candidate research, outreach and Talent Mapping activities
HR Marketing & Candidate Engagement
- Support and further develop HR Marketing and candidate engagement initiatives
- Bring in ideas to strengthen talent attraction and increase visibility among relevant target groups
Team & Stakeholder Collaboration
- Collaborate closely with recruiters, sourcers and internal stakeholders
What You Bring
- At least 5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruiting Coordination, Recruiting Operations or a similar HR role
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities
- A hands-on, proactive and service-oriented mindset
- Interest in recruiting, Active Sourcing and HR Marketing
- Confidence working with data, KPIs and reporting
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Very good English skills and confidence working in an international environment
