At the conclusion of your internship, you may be considered for full-time employment, to commence upon successful completion of your degree program.
Who will you work for?
Tradeweb's Human Resources team plays a critical role in supporting our people, fostering an engaging and inclusive workplace, and partnering with business leaders to drive organizational success. The team works across the firm to support employee development, strengthen workplace culture, and implement people-focused initiatives that contribute to Tradeweb's continued growth.
As a Human Resources Intern, you will gain hands-on exposure to the people side of a global financial technology organization. You will work alongside HR professionals across key functions, with a particular focus on HR Business Partner activities, Training & Development, and Employee Engagement. Through meaningful projects and collaboration with colleagues across the business, you will develop an understanding of how HR supports employees throughout their careers and contributes to the broader goals of the organization.
This internship is well suited for students who are passionate about working with people, building relationships, and creating positive employee experiences while gaining practical insight into the strategic role of Human Resources.
Responsibilities may include:
Partner with HR Business Partners to gain exposure to employee lifecycle activities, organizational initiatives, and the ways HR supports business leaders and their teams.
Support Training & Development initiatives, including coordinating learning opportunities, gathering employee feedback, and contributing to programs focused on professional growth and career development.
Assist with Employee Engagement initiatives designed to strengthen workplace culture, enhance the employee experience, and promote collaboration across the organization.
Contribute to HR projects focused on employee development, performance management, and continuous improvement of people-related processes.
Help analyze employee feedback, engagement trends, and HR data to identify opportunities to enhance programs and initiatives.
Collaborate with colleagues across Human Resources and other business functions while gaining exposure to Tradeweb's culture, business operations, and broader people strategy.
