Ecnf · New York City
Who are we?
At Tradeweb, we’re constantly moving forward. We were the first to electronify the bond market, and we’ve been innovating ever since. Come join our team and find out what it means to lead the way into the future of electronic trading. Collaborate with our creative thinkers who have the vision and the drive, and learn how you too can make an impact of your own.
What’s in it for you?
As an intern, you’ll work with our technologists and business experts to gain practical, hands-on experience that you can actually use. Our program combines traditional classroom-settings with project-based work where you can get involved with the products and services the firm is working on. Along the way, you’ll have guidance from people at all levels of the organization so you can start to build a long-lasting professional network and build relationships with the intern class through interactive outings and projects.
At the conclusion of your internship, you may be considered for full-time employment, to commence upon successful completion of your degree program.
Who will you work for?
Tradeweb's Human Resources team plays a critical role in supporting our people, fostering an engaging workplace, and partnering with business leaders to drive organizational success. Through the use of data, technology, and analytics, the team works to better understand workforce trends, enhance the employee experience, and support strategic talent decisions across the firm.
As a Human Resources Data & Analytics Intern, you will gain hands-on exposure to how people data is collected, analyzed, and translated into meaningful business insights within a global financial technology organization. You will work alongside HR professionals on initiatives related to workforce planning, talent acquisition, employee engagement, performance management, and organizational effectiveness, while gaining an understanding of how analytics informs broader HR strategies.
This internship is well suited for students interested in the intersection of people, data, and technology who are looking to develop analytical skills while gaining practical experience supporting data-driven HR initiatives.

Partner with HR Business Partners and other HR functions to support data-driven initiatives and provide insights that inform people strategies.
Contribute to HR process improvement and automation initiatives, exploring how technology and AI can enhance reporting, data accuracy, and operational efficiency.
Collaborate with colleagues across Human Resources, Technology, and other business functions while gaining exposure to Tradeweb's broader business operations and people strategy.
