EquipmentShare is searching for a student intern to join the Team at our Home Office in Columbia, MO for the SUMMER of 2027.
Responsibilities/What You Will Do
- Support the organization, coordination, and evaluation of our company-wide internship program.
- Help cultivate partnerships with university career centers, academic staff, and campus leadership.
- Represent EquipmentShare at recruiting fairs and campus events to engage prospective candidates and highlight opportunities.
- Contribute to multiple phases of the candidate recruitment, onboarding, and engagement lifecycle for students.
- Collaborate on special initiatives across the HR Programs team.
- Serve as a key point of contact connecting the Program Manager with interns.
About You

Flexible work schedule Monday – Friday between 8am – 5pm. Once weekly (5pm-7pm) networking events are required.
What You're Working With
- Currently pursuing an undergraduate degree at an accredited university or college within the United States.
- Maintaining a cumulative grade point average of at least 3.0.
- Demonstrated interpersonal effectiveness alongside exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Meticulous focus on accuracy and thoroughness across all assigned work.
- Strong organizational capability, adaptability, and the capacity to manage concurrent priorities.
- Enthusiasm for tackling unfamiliar problems paired with an optimistic approach.
- Proactive mindset with proven ability to drive results independently
