• Friday - Monday 8:00AM - 6:00PM
• Thursday - Sunday 7:00AM - 5:00PM
• Sunday - Wednesday 7:00AM - 5:00PM
• Wednesday - Saturday 6:00AM - 4:00PM

Pay: $18.25 - $18.50/hr

What You'll Do

• Answer inbound calls and assist customers with professionalism and care.
• Schedule appointments and coordinate services efficiently.
• Provide accurate information and timely follow-up.
• Manage a high volume of calls, emails, and customer inquiries.
• Maintain detailed and accurate records.
• Work closely with internal departments to ensure excellent service delivery.
• Solve problems quickly while maintaining a positive customer experience.
• Support daily operational needs in a fast-paced service environment.
