Make a meaningful difference every day as an Adult Care Assistant/ Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) with our PACE team in Baton Rouge. Working  in the participants' homes, you'll provide hands-on personal care and support daily needs. Are you a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) with a valid, unrestricted Louisiana Driver’s License and reliable transportation? ⭐ Monday–Friday daytime schedule
⭐ No nights, every other weekend 
⭐ $1,500 sign-on bonus for qualified candidates

In the participant's home or at the Center, performs Participant Care Activities and Personal Care and other tasks as assigned to assist the nursing staff.

Adult Care Assistant with PACE Baton Rouge providing compassionate, hands-on care to frail and elderly participants in their homes. Requires 1 year of elderly care experience, a high school diploma or equivalent, CNA certification, BLS certification, and eligibility to meet FMOLHS driver requirements. Must have reliable transportation. Position offers Monday - Friday day time hours, mileage reimbursement and a $1,500 sign-on bonus.
