This position will apply lean principles, Gemba, value-stream mapping, industrial engineering methods, simulation, data analytics, and process standardization to identify and implement sustainable operational improvements. The successful candidate will help build a lean, efficient, and optimized supply chain from the supplier through the point of fit.

The Industrial Engineer, Material Flow & Logistics Operations will drive measurable improvements in material flow, labor productivity, capacity utilization, cost, safety, and quality across the end-to-end supply chain. The role will support operations spanning suppliers, manufacturing plants, warehouses, off-dock facilities, third-party service providers, and cross-functional launch activities.
