Dealer Parts Support Operator

The position will work cross-functionally with internal Ford stakeholders and relevant support teams, leveraging available resources, tools and systems such as PANDA, MicroCat, SharePoint and other applicable platforms to investigate and resolve dealer enquiries effectively.

The Helpdesk Operator will also build and maintain strong working relationships with dealers and internal stakeholders, ensuring clear communication, timely feedback and proactive follow-up on outstanding enquiries.

The Helpdesk Operator will provide efficient and professional support to both Domestic and Export dealers by managing and resolving dealer enquiries related to Service Parts and Accessories supplied by Ford Depot.

The Helpdesk Operator will act as a key point of contact for dealers, ensuring that enquiries are accurately logged, investigated, followed up and resolved within the agreed timelines. The role is focused on providing an effortless dealer enquiry resolution experience, while contributing to dealer satisfaction, Ford’s future growth and overall profitability.
