Job Description:

About Weber Shandwick

Weber Shandwick is a global "earned-first" communications network. We deliver award-winning campaigns that blend creative storytelling, data-driven insights, and stakeholder value. In a fast-moving, complex media landscape, we help brands break through the blur by creating cultural relevance and driving real business impact.

The Role

Weber Shandwick is looking for a Director of Client Experience to join our West Technology practice to support clients ranging from the most influential tech brands in the world to fast-growing disruptors.

This role is designed for someone who is passionate about how technology is reshaping how we work and live and obsessively follows how the industry is rapidly evolving. You understand that today's storytelling requires a sophisticated, integrated approach that extends beyond traditional media relations to encompass social media, influencer engagement, and owned content. You will have expertise in AI, computing, and/or enterprise technology, with a proven ability to distill complex concepts into clear and compelling narratives at the intersection of business, technology, and culture.

As a Director, you will help manage our partnerships with top-tier tech clients and collaborate across cross-functional teams to drive impact and agility. You will architect high-impact media strategies, counsel C-suite executives, and leverage our proprietary tools to build campaigns that win in culture. You will not just pitch stories; you will shape the strategic narratives that define the future of technology.
