This role is focusing on government affairs and external communications, continuously promoting GE Healthcare Site brand through influencing and partnering with local government.The primary responsibility of EA role will be to ensure the smooth and efficient administrative support to a GE Healthcare Executive’s organization. Responsibilities will be broad and changeable in nature ranging from coordinating or leading special projects, arranging conferences through to preparing presentations. It is an exciting opportunity for someone who is self-motivated and comfortable using technology and operating at senior levels in an organization.

Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities
- Supporting site to build a more harmonized external environment for site further growth.
- The interface with Great China GR team to support cross-Business requirements in site level.
- Support GE Healthcare Executive staff member in all related administrative tasks.
- Produce correspondence; presentations, meeting agendas, emails and any external mailings
- Handle highly confidential and sensitive information.
- Calendar and meeting and conference management.
- Coordinate travel arrangements.
- Processing monthly corporate card and cash expenses.
- Support with general office administration, working closely with the global Group Staff Sr. Administrators.
- Support the key projects/initiatives roll outs within GEHC Quality.
- Prepare presentations, reports, spreadsheets, meeting minutes and other information materials
- Collaborate with different stakeholders to meet government audit and related activities
- Coordinate internal employee activities, like townhall meeting , employee newsletter, etc.
- Manage plant monthly attendance including data consolidation and analysis
- Other tasks assigned by plant leader
Essential Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or above
- Minimum of 2-year administrative work experience or relevant job
- Organized, rigorous, excellent communicator (English oral and written )
- Strong at Microsoft software including but not limited to PPT/Excel/Word
- Ability to provide absolute security for highly confidential information and to maintain the confidentiality of extremely sensitive information
Preferred Skills
- Knowledge and/or interest in LEAN methods and standard work, always working from a LEAN mindset. Proactively drives improvement of day to day activities while demonstrating a behavior of thinking ahead of the curve. Engage and implement small continuous improvement projects
- Ability to set priorities and anticipate needs, make decisions in ambiguous situations and to balance workload with tight deadlines and change priorities in a rapidly changing environment
- Pharmaceutical industry knowledge is preferred
