Job Summary
SAP UI/UX Lead/Principal Consultant position for 10 years of experience requires leading enterprise design strategies, advanced SAP Fiori and SAP UI5 implementations, and stakeholder management.
Key Responsibilities
UX Strategy & Leadership: Define enterprise-wide SAP Fiori design guidelines, user research standards, and overall UX roadmaps for global clients.
Solution Architecture: Architect scalable SAP UI5 and SAP Fiori applications integrated with SAP S/4HANA and SAP BTP (Business Technology Platform).
Stakeholder & Team Management: Lead workshops with business process owners, mentor junior/mid-level UI/UX designers and developers, and oversee offshore/onshore delivery.
