Your role

Help people feel at home, beyond the booking.

Booking a place is only the beginning. Moving to a new country means navigating unfamiliar processes, managing payments, and building a relationship with a landlord—all while settling into a new life. At HousingAnywhere, we want people to feel supported throughout their stay, with the confidence that comes from knowing what happens next and where to turn when they need help.

We are looking for a Senior Product Designer to own the Post Booking experience, with a strong focus on our mobile app. You will shape how tenants and landlords use HousingAnywhere throughout a tenancy: from preparing for move-in and managing payments to getting support and extending a stay.

You’ll bring strong mobile app design experience and product thinking to make these everyday interactions feel simple, intuitive, and reliable—helping turn HousingAnywhere into a trusted companion throughout the rental journey.

• Shape the long-term vision for the journey beyond the booking, making HousingAnywhere a trusted part of everyday renting.
• Design experiences that help tenants and landlords prepare for move-in, manage payments, communicate clearly, and navigate issues with confidence.
• Explore how we can provide ongoing value throughout a tenancy, including renewals and longer stays.
• Lead projects from early discovery through launch and iteration.
• Use qualitative research, behavioural data, and experimentation to make decisions, not opinions.
• Define success, measure impact, and continuously improve your solutions—connecting customer trust and satisfaction with adoption, retention, and business value.
• Raise the quality bar across the design team through thoughtful critique and craft.
• Contribute to our design principles, design system, and the way we build the product.

You'll work alongside Product, Engineering, Research, and Data as an equal partner to challenge assumptions, validate ideas, and turn ambiguity into a product that genuinely improves people's lives. You'll also collaborate closely with our operational teams to understand where the digital experience meets the realities of moving in and renting a home.

Your profile

• At least 7+ years of experience designing complex digital products.
• Proven experience designing native mobile apps for iOS and Android.
• Strong product thinking and problem framing skills.
• Excellent interaction and visual design craft.
• Experience in marketplaces, search or discovery products.
• Experience running discovery and validating ideas.
• Confidence working with data, metrics and experiments.
• Experience collaborating closely with engineers and product managers.
• A portfolio showing not only what you designed – but why.
