As a Restaurant Manager, you’re not just managing daily operations for one of our hotel dining outlets – you’re spreading the light and warmth of hospitality by delivering memorable experiences that make the stay for every guest.

The ideal candidate will possess:

Minimum 3 years of Food & Beverage management experience in a full-service, stand-alone or hotel restaurant
Demonstrated leadership ability with a track record of successfully coaching and developing teams
Intermediate wine and liquor knowledge required; advanced knowledge preferred
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Open availability to work varying days and hours including, nights, weekends, and holidays
Ability to bend, stoop, walk and push/pull/lift up to 50 lbs. with our without reasonable accommodation
Experience managing within a fine dining restaurant or luxury hotel
Experience managing in a unionized environment preferred
