Responsibilities
Act as the first point of contact for customers, clients and partner organisations; communicating
effectively and efficiently
Answer a high volume of calls and maintain a rapid response rate to agreed standards
Operate the central switchboard in a prompt, professional and pleasant manner
Report any faults in the switchboard internal call system and any systems connected to the telephone
software.
- Implement and apply business continuity procedures during the failure of the switchboard
Manage email enquiries
We would love to hear from you if you have:
A good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word).
Experience of telephony or switchboard systems
- Previous experience working in Customer Services or Hospitality
