A little taste of your day-to-day

Every day is different, but you’ll mostly be:

● Supervising and coordinating the daily activities of the housekeeping team to ensure

guest rooms and public areas meet brand standards

● Conducting room inspections and quality checks to ensure cleanliness, presentation,

and maintenance standards are consistently achieved

● Leading, coaching, and supporting housekeeping colleagues to deliver excellent

guest experiences

● Assisting with scheduling, task allocation, and ensuring adequate staffing levels to

meet operational requirements

● Monitoring housekeeping supplies, linens, and amenities while controlling costs and

minimizing waste

● Coordinating with other departments, including Front Office and Engineering, to

address room status updates and maintenance issues

● Supporting lost and found procedures and ensuring proper documentation is

maintained

● Assisting with training, onboarding, and performance development of housekeeping

team members
