We are looking for a Cluster Sales Manager to join our team at Hotel Indigo & Holiday Inn Resort Bintan.

As Cluster Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive revenue growth, expand market share, and strengthen relationships with key clients across both properties. This role requires strong commercial acumen, excellent negotiation skills, and the ability to identify new business opportunities while maximising revenue performance.

You will lead sales initiatives, manage key accounts, develop strategic partnerships, and collaborate closely with Revenue Management, Marketing, and Operations teams to achieve business objectives and deliver sustainable commercial success.

Your Day-to-Day

Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets for both properties.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities across corporate, leisure, MICE, and other market segments.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, travel agents, corporate clients, and business partners.
Manage sales activities, client appointments, site inspections, and sales presentations.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and business opportunities to strengthen market positioning.
Collaborate with Revenue Management, Marketing, and Operations teams to maximise revenue and business performance.
Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and action plans to achieve commercial objectives.

What We Need From You

Proven experience in hotel sales, preferably in a Sales Manager or similar role within the hospitality industry.
Strong knowledge of the local and regional market, including corporate, leisure, and MICE segments.
Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
Strong commercial awareness with the ability to identify opportunities and deliver results.
Good analytical, organisational, and planning skills.
A proactive, results-driven mindset with the ability to work collaboratively across multiple departments and properties.
