Every day is different, but you’ll mostly be:
Welcoming guests warmly and creating a positive first impression upon arrival
Managing guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently and professionally
Providing information about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions
Handling guest requests, inquiries, and concerns to ensure a smooth stay
Coordinating with other departments to meet guest needs and maintain service standards
Creating memorable experiences by anticipating guest needs and going the extra mile
What we need from you
Excellent communication skills and a friendly, welcoming personality
A passion for hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences
Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle guest requests and concerns professional
Basic computer skills and the ability to handle guest information and payments accurately
Good English communication skills, both written and spoken
A flexible attitude toward shifts – you may be required to work nights, weekends, and/or holidays
