Front Office colleagues will be working on achieving the goals by providing an outstanding personalized service to our guests. In addition to creating new experiences and ridiculously personal connections, you will help guide your Guest Service Agents to grow and realize their goals in combination with that of the department and hotel.
A little taste of your day-to-day:
Every day is different, but you'll mostly be:
Deliver personalized, exceptional guest service throughout the guest journey, from check-in to check-out, ensuring memorable experiences.
Supervise and support Front Office colleagues, providing guidance, training, and development to enhance team performance.
Assist the Duty Manager in managing daily shift operations, ensuring compliance with hotel standards, departmental procedures, and local regulations.
Ensure accurate financial transactions, cashier closures, and reporting while maintaining high standards of operational efficiency.
Drive guest loyalty and hotel revenue through personalized recommendations, upselling, and promotion of hotel services and loyalty programs.
What We need from you:
Strong customer service skills with a passion for delivering personalized guest experiences.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with guests and colleagues.
Ability to guide, motivate, and support team members while fostering a positive working environment.
Ability to handle guest concerns, resolve operational challenges, and make effective decisions in a fast-paced environment.
Understanding of Front Office operations, check-in/check-out procedures, cashiering, and basic financial controls.
