Be the technical expert for K&S wire bonding products, providing advanced troubleshooting and support to customers and field service teams.
Drive customer success and product performance by resolving technical issues, recommending upgrades, and supporting new product introductions and retrofit programs.
Collaborate globally and support locally, partnering with engineering, sales, and service teams while providing hands-on customer support both remotely and on-site when needed.

As part of the Aftermarket Product & Support function, the Senior Engineer, Technical Support plays a key role in helping customers maximize the performance, reliability, and productivity of K&S wire bonding solutions. Reporting to the Director, Technical Support (Global), you will serve as a trusted technical expert, providing regional support to customers and K&S field teams while collaborating closely with global engineering and product teams to solve complex technical challenges and deliver exceptional customer outcomes. This role is based in Singapore.
