What You’ll Do

Brand Ownership & Growth

• Serve as the single point of ownership for your assigned brand(s) across all online marketplaces, accountable for sales growth, brand health, and channel performance.
• Develop channel-specific growth plans aligned with overall brand strategy and business objectives.
• Identify white-space opportunities across categories such as skincare, hair care, cosmetics, nails, lashes, grooming, and personal care.
• Recommend assortment, bundles, pricing, and channel-exclusive strategies by marketplace.

Multi-Channel Listing Management & Optimization

• Create, update, and maintain product listings across Amazon, TikTok Shop, D2C (Shopify), and Walmart, adapting content to each platform’s requirements, algorithms, and shopper behavior.
• Optimize titles, bullet points, descriptions, backend keywords, attributes, variations, and catalog data for search visibility and conversion.
• Ensure listings accurately communicate product benefits, ingredients, usage instructions, approved claims, and key selling points.
• Monitor listing quality, compliance, search rank, and conversion performance across channels, and act quickly on issues.

Content Strategy & Creative Coordination

• Build a channel-specific content strategy for your brand, covering PDP imagery, A+ Content, Brand Stores, TikTok Shop product cards, D2C product pages, and Walmart Rich Media.
• Write creative briefs that clearly communicate product benefits and beauty-specific selling points.
• Work with Creative, Brand Marketing, and Product Development to develop high-converting content, storytelling for hero SKUs, and seasonal campaign assets.
• Develop comparison charts, routine-building content, and cross-sell modules to increase basket size and brand engagement.
• Keep all content aligned with brand guidelines, approved claims, and regulatory requirements.

Deals & Promotions

• Plan and execute deals, coupons, and promotions tailored to each marketplace (e.g., Amazon Lightning Deals and Prime Exclusive Discounts, TikTok Shop flash sales and campaigns, D2C site promotions, Walmart Rollbacks).
• Lead brand participation in key retail events such as Prime Day, BFCM, Holiday, and TikTok Shop mega-sale campaigns.
• Align promotional calendars with inventory availability, margin targets, and marketing plans.
• Analyze promotional ROI and use the results to refine future event strategies.

Analytics & Reporting

• Track and analyze sales, traffic, conversion, ASP, content performance, and promotional results by channel and SKU.
• Monitor performance of new launches, hero products, and priority SKUs, flagging risks and opportunities early.
• Deliver weekly and monthly brand performance reports with clear, actionable recommendations.
• Use customer reviews, search trends, and competitive insights to guide optimization and product feedback.

Inventory & Launch Readiness

• Monitor inventory health and in-stock rates across all marketplaces for your brand.
• Partner with Supply Chain and Operations on demand forecasting, replenishment, and stockout prevention, especially ahead of promotions and events.
• Lead go-to-market execution for new product launches across channels, including listing setup, content, product data, and launch timing.

Account Health & Marketplace Operations

• Resolve listing, catalog, and compliance issues through Seller Central, Vendor Central, TikTok Shop Seller Center, Walmart Seller Center, and Shopify admin.
• Maintain healthy marketplace accounts by managing support cases, documentation requests, and policy compliance.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Act as the voice of your brand’s online business across Marketing, Product, Supply Chain, Creative, Advertising, and Regulatory teams.
• Share marketplace insights with Product and Marketing to inform launches, packaging, claims, and campaigns.
• Work with Advertising and Social teams to align paid media, creator and affiliate content, and organic content with merchandising priorities.
• Take part in meetings with marketplace account managers and agency partners to drive joint business plans.

What We’re Looking For

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, eCommerce, Communications, Merchandising, or a related field preferred.
• 2+ years of experience in eCommerce, marketplace management, digital merchandising, or brand management.
• Hands-on experience with at least two of the following: Amazon (Seller/Vendor Central), TikTok Shop, Shopify, Walmart Marketplace.
• Strong understanding of product listings, PDP content, catalog management, and marketplace-specific best practices.
• Analytical mindset, with experience turning sales, traffic, and conversion data into business decisions.
• Excellent attention to detail, organization, and written communication skills.
• Proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally and influence without direct authority.
• Comfortable managing multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Ownership mindset, with a passion for growing a brand.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in Beauty & Personal Care, Cosmetics, Skincare, Hair Care, or CPG.
• Familiarity with Amazon A+ Content, Brand Stores, Brand Registry, and account health management.
• Experience with TikTok Shop operations, creator and affiliate programs, or live and shoppable content.
• Knowledge of retail media (Amazon Ads, Walmart Connect, TikTok GMV Max) and how it supports organic growth.
• Experience leading multi-channel product launches, bundles, or major retail events.
• Exposure to inventory planning or demand forecasting.
• Experience with international marketplaces (e.g., Amazon CA, UK, or EU).
