The Senior Analyst will be responsible for supporting the U.S. Global Mobility Team (GM) and their related processes. The role holder will need strong communication and stakeholder management skills and will be expected to maintain a high level of accuracy with excellent attention to detail.

Operational administrative duties to include:
•Provide seamless operational and administrative coordination for the GM team, including but not limited to, pre-assignment support, time tracking, invoice processing, and payroll reconciliation.
•Assist with expense management
•Communicate with stakeholders(internal and external) and onshore team members/leadership team, throughout all processes
•Identify process improvement opportunities and collaborate with stakeholders to implement
•Ability to follow standard processes and identify and report any potential issues, understanding when to escalate
•Ensure all requirements are adhered to through compliance with all appropriate policies and procedures.
•When applicable, create and update SOPs.
