The Relationship Manager

• LAP is responsible for sourcing and acquiring Loan Against Property (LAP) business from customers, DSAs, connectors, and open market channels. The role involves identifying prospective customers, understanding their financial requirements, coordinating with credit and operations teams for loan processing, and ensuring timely disbursement. The incumbent is also responsible for portfolio quality, customer relationship management, and achieving assigned business targets.
