Job Title: Premier Acquisition Manager

Role Purpose: To acquire and deepen relationships with Premier Banking customers by sourcing new-to-bank affluent clients, promoting banking products, and achieving business targets through quality customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities

Acquire new Premier/affluent customers as per the bank's defined criteria.

Source liabilities business including Savings Accounts and Current Accounts.

Cross-sell banking products such as:

Wealth and Investment Products

Insurance

Fixed Deposits

Personal Loans

Credit Cards

Other retail banking products

Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to enhance wallet share.

Ensure customer onboarding and KYC compliance as per bank guidelines.

Generate leads through referrals, market activities, and networking.

Achieve monthly acquisition, revenue, and cross-sell targets.

Coordinate with internal stakeholders for seamless customer servicing.
