The impact you’ll make
We are looking for a Fixed-term Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team in Korea. This role will support both graduate mass hiring and experienced hiring, partnering closely with hiring managers and the TA team to deliver an effective and positive hiring experience.
The ideal candidate is hands-on, organized, and comfortable managing multiple requisitions and candidates in a fast-paced recruiting environment.
What you’ll do
Graduate / Mass Hiring
- Support end-to-end graduate and high-volume hiring activities, including job posting, candidate screening, interview coordination, selection, and offer processes.
- Coordinate large-scale recruiting activities and hiring schedules to ensure smooth execution.
- Communicate with candidates throughout the hiring process and provide a positive candidate experience.
- Support recruiting events and other talent attraction activities as needed.
Experienced Hiring
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for assigned experienced-hire positions.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and position requirements.
- Source and identify qualified candidates through various recruiting channels.
- Conduct resume screening and initial candidate assessments.
- Support offer preparation and hiring-related administrative processes.
TA Operations & Collaboration
- Maintain accurate candidate and requisition information in recruiting systems.
- Track hiring progress and provide recruiting updates to relevant stakeholders.
- Work closely with TA team members, HR, hiring managers, and other stakeholders to ensure timely hiring.
- Support other TA projects and recruitment initiatives as required.
Who we’re looking for
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- 2+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition, recruiting, or HR preferred.
- Experience in graduate/mass hiring and/or experienced recruitment is must.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Detail-oriented and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
- Good written and verbal communication skills in Korean and English.
- Proficiency in AI tools and MS office.

Lam offers a variety of work location models based on the needs of each role. Our hybrid roles combine the benefits of on-site collaboration with colleagues and the flexibility to work remotely and fall into two categories – On-site Flex and Virtual Flex. ‘On-site Flex’ you’ll work 3+ days per week on-site at a Lam or customer/supplier location, with the opportunity to work remotely for the balance of the week. ‘Virtual Flex’ you’ll work 1-2 days per week on-site at a Lam or customer/supplier location, and remotely the rest of the time.
