MyFundedFutures is seeking a Lifecycle Marketing & Automation Manager to help us build smarter, more connected, and more effective marketing experiences across the customer lifecycle.
This role combines lifecycle marketing, marketing automation, loyalty program management, and marketing technology expertise. You’ll own the hands-on execution of lifecycle campaigns and loyalty initiatives, while proactively identifying opportunities to improve customer engagement, retention, and operational efficiency through automation, segmentation, and connected marketing systems.
We’re looking for someone who understands both the marketing strategy behind a campaign and the technical execution required to bring it to life. You should be comfortable developing ideas, recommending solutions, connecting platforms, and independently building and optimizing campaigns—not simply following a set of instructions.
Strong, hands-on HubSpot experience is essential, but your ability to think strategically about how marketing technology can drive better business outcomes is just as important.
Key Responsibilities
Lifecycle Marketing & Automation
- Build, execute, and optimize lifecycle marketing campaigns across email and other relevant customer communication channels.
- Develop automated customer journeys supporting onboarding, activation, engagement, retention, loyalty, and re-engagement.
- Proactively identify opportunities to improve customer experiences and marketing performance through behavioral triggers, personalization, segmentation, and automation.
- Collaborate with marketing leadership to translate business objectives into actionable lifecycle campaigns and programs.
- Monitor campaign performance and recommend improvements based on customer behavior, engagement, and business results.
Loyalty Program Management
- Own the day-to-day marketing execution and operational management of our customer loyalty program.
- Develop and manage loyalty communications, reward campaigns, automated journeys, and member engagement initiatives.
- Partner with Product and other internal teams to support loyalty program functionality, integrations, and new initiatives.
- Identify opportunities to increase loyalty participation, reward redemption, customer engagement, and retention.
- Track program performance and recommend improvements to the member experience and overall effectiveness.
Marketing Technology & Integrations
- Serve as a primary marketing owner and hands-on administrator of HubSpot, including Marketing Hub configuration, workflows, segmentation, email, and reporting.
- Manage and optimize connections between HubSpot and other marketing platforms, customer data sources, and internal systems.
- Proactively identify opportunities to connect tools, leverage customer data, and automate processes across the marketing technology stack.
- Partner with Product, Engineering, and BI teams to scope, implement, and troubleshoot integrations and data flows.
- Maintain data quality, automation logic, and marketing system configurations to support accurate and reliable campaign execution.
- Evaluate new platform capabilities, tools, and automation opportunities that could improve marketing effectiveness or efficiency.
Campaign Execution, Reporting & Optimization
- Independently build, test, launch, and manage marketing campaigns and automated workflows.
- Own campaign setup, audience segmentation, scheduling, personalization, and quality assurance.
- Develop and maintain reporting on lifecycle campaign performance, automation effectiveness, and loyalty program engagement.
- Use performance data and testing to identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
- Establish scalable processes and documentation that support reliable execution as the business grows.
Required Qualifications
- 3–5+ years of experience in lifecycle marketing, marketing automation, CRM marketing, or marketing operations.
- Strong, hands-on experience with HubSpot Marketing Hub, including campaign execution, workflows, automation, segmentation, and reporting.
- Demonstrated experience developing and managing automated customer journeys across multiple lifecycle stages.
- Experience working with marketing technology integrations, customer data flows, and connected platforms.
- Strong understanding of email marketing, audience segmentation, personalization, and customer engagement strategies.
- Ability to independently translate business objectives into marketing campaigns, automation workflows, and technical solutions.
- Analytical mindset with experience evaluating campaign performance and identifying optimization opportunities.
- Excellent attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Comfortable collaborating across Marketing, Product, Engineering, and Analytics teams.
Preferred
- Experience managing or supporting customer loyalty, rewards, or retention programs.
- HubSpot Marketing Hub or Marketing Software certifications.
- Experience with APIs, webhooks, integration platforms, or marketing data synchronization.
- Familiarity with additional marketing platforms such as Braze, SendGrid, or similar tools.
- Experience with GA4, marketing attribution, and customer behavior analytics.
- Background in B2C, e-commerce, fintech, subscription, or other high-volume digital businesses.
