- En Newmont Yanacocha, buscamos impulsar la empleabilidad y el desarrollo integral de los jóvenes, a través de experiencias de aprendizaje que fortalezcan sus competencias, potencien su crecimiento profesional y contribuyan al desarrollo sostenible de la región
¿Qué requisitos solicitamos?
- Ser egresado/a o bachiller del 2025-II o 2026-I (no titulado/a).
- Pertenecer al tercio, quinto o décimo superior de tu promoción.
- Contar con disponibilidad para realizar prácticas profesionales durante 12 meses en nuestras operaciones mineras en Cajamarca (ubicadas a más de 3,600 m s. n. m.).
- Contar con un nivel de inglés intermedio o avanzado, que te permita desenvolverte dentro de nuestras operaciones y acceder a documentación técnica.
- Haber culminado estudios en alguna de las siguientes carreras:
- Economía, Contabilidad, Administración, Biología y Biotecnología, Ingeniería Ambiental, Ingeniería Hidráulica,Ingeniería Geológica, Ingeniería de Minas, Ingeniería de Sistemas, Ingeniería Civil, Ingeniería Forestal, Derecho, Agronomía, Sociologia, Ingeniería Industrial, Psicología, Ingeniería Metalúrgica, Ingeniería Química e Ingeniería Mecánica Eléctrica.
