Marketing Executive

Implement marketing plans and promotional campaigns to increase awareness of the hospital’s services, specialties, and facilities.
Coordinate marketing activities for existing and newly introduced medical services, clinics, and specialties.
Support the planning and execution of health awareness campaigns, screening programmes, seasonal promotions, and community outreach initiatives.
Monitor campaign performance and recommend improvements to increase patient engagement and service utilisation.
Coordinate the development of marketing materials, brochures, presentations, and other promotional content.
Coordinate with digital marketing teams and agencies to execute social media campaigns, website updates, email marketing, and online promotions.
Support the creation and scheduling of relevant healthcare content across approved digital platforms.
Monitor online engagement, campaign reach, patient enquiries, and lead conversion.
Ensure that marketing materials comply with the organisation’s brand guidelines and applicable healthcare advertising requirements.
Work closely with physicians, Heads of Departments (HODs), and clinic managers to identify opportunities to promote clinical services.
Coordinate physician profiling, specialty campaigns, service launches, health talks, and patient education initiatives.
Identify opportunities to increase awareness and utilisation of underperforming clinics and medical specialties.
Support the development of specialty-specific marketing plans aligned with operational capacity and revenue objectives.

To support the development and implementation of marketing initiatives that enhance the healthcare facility’s brand visibility, promote its medical services, increase patient footfall, strengthen referral networks, and contribute to revenue growth. The Marketing Executive will coordinate with clinical departments, physicians, operations, and external stakeholders to execute effective marketing campaigns while ensuring compliance with applicable healthcare advertising and patient confidentiality requirements in the UAE.
