Principal System Architect
Nokia · India
Join as a Principal System Architect in Nokia’s engineering team and shape the architectural direction of the next generation of Nokia Cloud Operations Manager (NCOM), driving the analysis, design, and implementation of innovative solutions within the Infrastructure Management domain.
NCOM Evo is Nokia’s next-generation, cloud-native operations layer that enables telecom software to run and evolve at scale. It simplifies complex network delivery—including packages, clusters, sites, and network functions—through a unified Operations Portal that enables operators to design, deploy, upgrade, roll back, and monitor their networks. The platform is powered by Kubernetes controllers, configuration-as-data, and GitOps-based automation.
As part of the NCOM Infrastructure Management team, you will help shape solutions that manage the full lifecycle of infrastructure, including hardware, operating systems, and Kubernetes, while advancing configuration management, networking, and closed-loop automation.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to drive architectural evolution and technical excellence, translating complex requirements into scalable, resilient, and production-ready solutions. You will provide architectural leadership, guide key technical decisions, and collaborate across engineering teams to deliver highly automated infrastructure management capabilities for telecom operators worldwide.
