Lead the team to complete every job safely, meet customer specifications, and deliver on schedule. Reinforce safe work practices, address hazards and quality issues promptly, and monitor production progress so risks to people, part quality, or delivery are identified and resolved early. Track performance through safety incidents and corrective actions, scrap and rework, and on-time delivery.
We are seeking an experienced Shop Supervisor to lead daily operations in a CNC job shop serving the oilfield industry. The ideal candidate has at least 10 years of job shop experience, can run CNC machines, and has hands-on experience with Haas and Doosan equipment. They bring a practical understanding of Lean methods and can help the team deliver quality parts safely and on schedule.
