The Position

Serve as corporate US Health & Safety Network Lead and as the US-based anchor for Corporate Health & Safety in Novo to connect US site realities with global direction. Lead and mature the Corporate US health & safety network across US sites, working closely with Denmark-based corporate health & safety stakeholders. This role requires a professional who can speak and understand the language of EHS managers i.e. compliance, regulation, risk, audits, management systems and practical implementation—while also seeing the bigger picture and translating EHS topics into business-relevant priorities, decisions and outcomes.
