What You’ll Do:
💳 Assist patients with insurance and financial information
📝 Complete accurate patient registration and data entry
💰 Collect co-pays, deductibles, and other payments
📞 Verify insurance benefits and authorizations
🤝 Provide compassionate, professional customer service
🏥 Work in a fast-paced Emergency Department environment
What We’re Looking For:
✅ High school diploma or equivalent
✅ 2+ years of financial, business office, or customer service experience
✅ Microsoft Office and PC/Windows proficiency
✅ Strong typing, communication, and customer service skills
✅ Flexibility to work overnights, weekends, and holidays
