Support Engineer 2

The ClientWorks Product Delivery team is seeking a Support Engineer 2 to support Oracle Health (Millennium)products through system\software configuration for the Oracle Health Multi-Tenant customer base. In this role, you will serve as a primary point of contact for ClientWorks Product Managers, responding to system\software configuration change requests for current and future state product needs, collaborating with internal teams to address customer configuration needs and maintain accurate documentation. You will also contribute to AI-enabled operational efficiency by identifying repetitive activities, using approved automation tools and AI assistance, and supporting improvements that reduce manual configuration effort and help the team scale.
