Think of yourself as the person behind the controls — coordinating schedules, matching nurses with clients, and making adjustments when the unexpected happens.

YOUR OBJECTIVES

• Match nurses with clients and build dependable schedules
• Manage and update scheduling systems
• Communicate with nurses, caregivers, clients, and families
• Solve scheduling problems and last-minute changes
• Support your team and jump in when needed

Experience in customer service, call centers, scheduling, staffing, or office coordination is preferred.
