Job Description: GenAI/Python Developer – AI/ML
Role Overview
8+ years overall experience and at least one year in GenAI
Design, develop, and deploy Generative AI applications using LLMs (OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Claude, Llama) and frameworks like LangChain, LlamaIndex, or Semantic Kernel.
Build and optimize RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) pipelines integrating vector databases (Pinecone, pgvector) with data sources.
Engineer agent skills, implement function/tool calling, and develop AI agents for automation and multi-step reasoning tasks.

Compensation, Benefits and Duration
- Minimum Compensation: 155,000 USD
- Maximum Compensation: 217,000 USD
- Compensation is based on actual experience and qualifications of the candidate. The above is a reasonable and a good faith estimate for the role.
