Senior Patient Care Coordinator

Under the general direction of the Clinic Manager, the Senior Patient Care Coordinator is responsible for the documentation and implementation of policies and procedures relating to the coordination of incoming referrals. This position serves as a resource to providers and staff in regard to referral requirements and confirms the need for prior authorization for services.
