Assistant Manager - Retail Projects

Collect the required details from concern BM/Mall to design the store as per specified format for Company/Exclusive Franchisee/ Distribution stores (Kamiliant), take concern department head approval on design, finalizing vendors (for company stores) and monitor fit-out process of Company stores. Completion of project with quality, timeline and given budget.

Co-ordination with Franchisee and Franchisee vendor’s in respect of design concept, detail drawings, fixture productions.
New concept / fixtures development for stores / SNS / Kiosk (Samsonite RED / Kamiliant)
Collect the required details from concern brands (Department) to design the SNS as per brand requirement, approval from dept. head and brand. Initiate the fixtures with branding after cost negotiation with vendors
Maintenance work of Company & SNS’s.
Finalization of financial Budget with respective department heads and accounts team.
Tracking of project reports and financial budget for respective departments.
Recording/tracking/reporting of every expense in respective budget heads of all departments.
After approval on estimate from HOD processing PO and final invoices of vendors relate to Retail Projects department in LN.
Co-ordination with Accounts department for vendor’s advance/final payment.

• Direct project management initiative from conceptualization through designing development implementation and management. • Performs the overall day-to-day management of the project to ensure that project objectives are achieved within time/cost/quality constraints. • Draft and present project proposals, negotiate pricing, timelines, services and terms with vendors. Ensure that project life cycle practices are developed and adhered to. • Report project progress to the project team and management to ensure the project’s overall direction and integrity. Create progress report and monitor data to assess efficiency. • Build strong lasting relationship and strategic partnership through service; serve as primary point of contact for client communication. • Manage multiple complex projects simultaneously. • Coordinate internal management and external contractors throughout project life cycle. • Manage project scope and change control and escalate issues where necessary to upper management.
