Research & Development Specialist- NSP

Responsible for effectively adhering to, communicating, and maintaining R&D department policies.
Conduct tests in the R&D kitchen and develop new products as per the instructions provided.
Generate product specifications in compliance with Organization standards and relevant regulatory requirements.
Support the department during regulatory and customer audits by managing comprehensive documentation for assigned categories.
Approve new suppliers and raw materials in accordance with instructions from the R&D Manager.
Improve and enhance existing products through continuous development initiatives.
Maintain and update all master data within the department, including labels, ingredients, specifications, and recipes.
