Side International Japanでは、海外ゲームの日本語版制作を支える**プロジェクトコーディネーター（音声ローカライズ）を募集しています。
このポジションでは、海外ゲームの日本語音声ローカライズプロジェクトにおいて、クライアントとのスケジュール調整、声優キャスティング、収録手配、社内音声チームとの連携など、プロジェクト全体の進行管理をご担当いただきます。社内外の多様な関係者と協力しながら、企画段階から納品まで一貫してプロジェクトを推進していただく重要な役割です。

Project Coordinator - Voice over Localization (Games)
Side international Japan is looking for a You will be responsible for managing the localization process for Japanese versions of overseas video games. This role involves coordinating project schedules with clients, casting voice actors, arranging recording sessions, and overseeing project execution with internal audio teams. Working closely with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders, you will manage projects from initial planning through final delivery.

Minimum Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent
Recent graduates and second-career graduates are welcome to apply

ビジネスメールや文書による英語でのコミュニケーション能力
優れたコミュニケーション能力およびステークホルダーマネジメントスキル
歓迎スキル・経験
ゲーム、アニメ、映画、オーディオブックなど音声コンテンツ制作業界での実務経験
音声ローカライズプロジェクトの管理経験
英語で会議に参加し、口頭でコミュニケーションが取れる方
ベンダーや外部パートナーの管理経験
プロジェクト予算管理、収支管理、収益性管理の経験
翻訳、ローカライズ、品質保証（QA）プロセスに関する知識

主な業務内容
- クライアントとのスケジュール・進行管理
- 声優のキャスティングおよび収録スケジュールの調整

Language Requirements
Native-level Japanese proficiency
TOEIC score of 700 or above
Required Skills and Qualifications
Experience managing projects and coordinating schedules as a Project Lead, Project Manager, or similar role
Strong Excel skills, including data management using formulas and VBA
Ability to communicate professionally in English through business emails and written correspondence
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Preferred Skills and Experience
Professional experience in the audio production industry, including games, anime, film, audiobooks, or related fields
Experience managing audio localization projects
Ability to participate in meetings and communicate verbally in English
Experience managing vendors and external partners
Experience with project budgeting, financial tracking, and profitability management
Knowledge of translation, localization, and Quality Assurance (QA) processes
Work Arrangement:
Contract employment: 3 month (Auto renewal)
