At Straumann Group, we're looking for an enthusiastic and commercially driven Account Manager Orthodontics to join our ClearCorrect team in the Netherlands.

In this role, you'll have the opportunity to develop your own territory, build strong relationships with dental professionals and help practices successfully adopt and grow with ClearCorrect and our digital solutions.

What will you do?
As Account Manager Orthodontics, you'll be responsible for the commercial development of your territory, combining new business acquisition with the growth of existing customers.
Your main responsibilities include:
- Develop new business: Identify and approach potential customers, with a focus on high-potential dental practices, orthodontists and aligner users considering alternative solutions.
- Grow existing customers: Build long-term relationships, identify growth opportunities and help customers increase their use of ClearCorrect.
- Support customer success: Guide new customers in adopting ClearCorrect, working closely with Inside Sales and Clinical teams to support their onboarding and development.
- Drive digital sales: Identify and develop opportunities for intraoral scanners and digital workflows, including our Sirios solutions.
- Own your territory: Develop and execute a commercial territory plan, manage your sales pipeline and take ownership of your results.
- Collaborate across teams: Work closely with colleagues from ClearCorrect, Implantology, Digital Solutions and other Straumann Group teams to create opportunities and deliver value to customers.
What are we looking for?
We're looking for someone who enjoys building relationships, sees commercial opportunities and takes initiative to turn ideas into results.
You bring:
- Experience in field sales, account management or business development, preferably within dental, medical devices, healthcare or a related B2B environment.
- A proactive, entrepreneurial mindset and the drive to develop new business.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills, combined with a consultative selling approach.
- The ability to work independently, plan effectively and take ownership of your territory.
- An interest in dental technology, orthodontics and digital innovation.
- Fluency in Dutch and a good command of English.
- A valid driver's license.
- Experience in the dental industry is an advantage, but commercial drive, curiosity and the willingness to learn are just as important to us.
