Kersey C of E Primary School is seeking to appoint an enthusiastic Midday Supervisory Assistant (MDSA) to join our beautiful village school. The role will include working with children from Reception to Year 6 supporting through lunch times and during outside play.

You will have:

the confidence to work as a team and contribute to the school’s development
the ability to inspire pupils through play both indoors and outdoors
ability to encourage pupils with eating / drinking
high expectations of pupils’ behaviour
have clear communication skills
a willingness to work across the primary age range
a commitment to safeguarding and promoting pupil welfare
creativity and a good sense of humour.
