Do you want to help us master our cross-border fund distribution? We’re looking for someone who can provide a creative approach towards the Fund Registration and distribution oversight process worldwide to support the growth of UBS Asset Management’s fund sales business.

We’re looking for a Global Fund Registration & Distribution oversight officer to:

• support the coordination and supervision of the cross border fund registration activities worldwide, with focus on the European and American distribution markets. This entails liaising with internal stakeholders, external legal counsels and related service providers to support local fund registration and post registration maintenance
• create, maintain and continuously improve procedures related to fund registration activities
• conduct due diligence and ongoing monitoring on Funds Distributors including risk assessment and follow up on remedial actions
• coordinate complaints handling coordination
• coach, guide and supervise more junior team members
