Meta Ads & GoHighLevel Specialist

VirtueStaff is seeking a Meta Ads & GoHighLevel (GHL) Automation Specialist to manage paid acquisition campaigns and backend lead workflows for a marketing agency client. This role is responsible for creating and launching Meta ad campaigns, connecting Meta lead forms directly into GHL, and setting up automated email follow-up sequences to maximize lead conversion. Additionally, this role will assist with social media posting and support various administrative tasks as needed to ensure seamless daily operations.
Responsibilities
- Build, launch, and manage Meta advertising campaigns, integrating Meta Pixel tracking and optimizing performance for lead generation.
- Set up integrations between Meta Lead Ads and GoHighLevel (GHL) to ensure real-time lead ingestion and data routing.
- Design, build, and maintain automated email sequences and workflow automations within GHL.
- Schedule and publish regular organic content across client social media channels.
- Provide general administrative support and complete ad-hoc operational tasks to assist the client's team.
Requirements
- Specialist-level experience with the Meta Ads platform, Meta Pixel implementation, and Meta Lead Ads campaign architecture.
- Proven hands-on experience configuring workflows, integrations, and automated email campaigns in GoHighLevel (GHL).
- General digital marketing background with secondary experience or exposure to Google PPC platforms.
- Familiarity with AI image generation tools (such as NanoBanana) for ad creative generation is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills with the adaptability to balance technical ad/automation management with general administrative duties.
- Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
