THE ROLE AND THE TEAM
Your mission is to expand Tradebyte’s footprint across Europe by acquiring top-tier enterprise fashion brands. Through a highly consultative, solution-selling approach, you will guide major fashion and apparel labels in solving their complex e-commerce and marketplace integration challenges, positioning Tradebyte as the ultimate strategic partner for their digital revenue growth
WHAT WE’D LOVE YOU TO DO (AND LOVE DOING)
- Target European Lighthouse Accounts: Proactively identify, map, and target potential flagship fashion brands across Europe and beyond that align with Tradebyte's strategic expansion goals.
- Drive Solution Selling: Lead a consultative sales process from end-to-end. Uncover complex technical and commercial pain points, and adapt our SaaS offerings to construct compelling, ROI-driven solutions for major clients.
- Executive Relationship Building: Establish and nurture deep relationships with C-level decision-makers, e-commerce directors, and key influencers within enterprise target accounts.
- Lead Complex Negotiations: Structure and close high-stakes, multi-stakeholder enterprise deals, ensuring terms drive long-term value for both the client and Tradebyte.
- Strategic Account Planning & Forecasting: Develop comprehensive strategies for account acquisition. Implement rigorous pipeline management and forecasting methods to accurately predict revenue potentials and sales trends.
- Orchestrate Cross-Functional Teams: Act as the "CEO of your accounts." Collaborate with and direct Pre-Sales, Product, Customer Success, and Integration teams to deliver consistent, high-quality engagements and execute the tailored account strategy.
- Elevate the Sales Function: Act as a senior role model for the wider sales team. Analyze market trends, share insights, and establish best practices in advanced enterprise sales methodologies.
WE’D LOVE TO MEET YOU IF
- Experience: 5+ years of enterprise sales experience in Marketplace Integration, E-Commerce SaaS, or Retail technology solutions.
- Industry Expertise: A strong understanding of the European fashion and apparel sector, including prevailing market dynamics, major brands, and the specific omnichannel challenges they face.
- Sales Excellence: Charismatic, self-motivated, and highly results-oriented with a demonstrable track record of consistently meeting and exceeding multi-million-euro enterprise sales quotas.
- Methodological Rigor: Mastery of solution selling and advanced enterprise sales methodologies (e.g., SPICED). You pride yourself on continuous learning and coaching internal stakeholders.
- Language Skills: Full professional fluency in English. (Fluency in additional European languages such as German, French, or Italian is highly advantageous).
